Do a 3-Minute Colon Cleanse Exercise

In this tutorial, we learn how to do exercises that help cleanse the colon.

  1. You will first need to start in a position where you are squatting with your hands on the ground in front of your feet.
  2. While you are in this position, you will want to sing your favorite mantra while breathing in and out and completely relax the body.
  3. Use your lower abdominals to deep breathe while releasing the breathe through your mouth.
  4. When finished, relax and sit back down into a butterfly position and deep breathe for several minutes.

This will help relax your body and aid in the process of colon cleansing.
